Marine Toys for Tots

I must begin this with my greatest thanks to the Alton Church of God and the Lake City National Guard Armory for giving us a place set up, a place to distribute, a place where at times, you guys worked far harder than I. There will never be enough words of thanks.

To the Lake City Christian Academy who made the Armory a possibility and brought so many volunteers. Pete and Tana, you guys blew me away!

Chan and Angela from the Alton Church of God, oh my goodness! You guys worked so hard for so long, and even brought in your son and a ton of volunteers. Wow! Just Wow! 

Two churches, two separate counties, they don't even know one another, yet between them 12,334 children received a Christmas.

This did not happen alone, contributions were made from our local residents and businesses. My thanks to the following;

I must also thank Rainbolt Tech Services who did a Stuff the Sleigh. Only one person showed up with a gift to place in this Beautiful Handmade Sleigh, so Rainbolt filled it themselves! Amazing!

And my sides still hurt from all the laughter! Thank you Laugh Until You Cry Comedy by Monica and Franky Martinez. Along with Paul Lovermi and The Marriott Southbank Riverwalk, some of Jacksonville's finest Marines, and over 50 comedians, it was a night like no other.
